SUMMER HOLIDAY.3

STORYBOARD

Life at the countryside can be very interesting in terms of finding subjects and ideas for visual storytelling. One of these days I saw my dog waiting for his food and I thought that this might be a good opportunity to make a short storyboard. This is what came out.

SUMMER HOLIDAY.2

SUMMER HOLIDAY

This summer I hid backhome in my native place where I started a visual development for a graphic novel. It will be a very busy holiday and my engine is brand new.  So, straight to the work!

urban diary

i walk every day around the Victoria Square, and i decided to write down on paper some of the images i see. the interesting thing is that everything is moving, continuously and fast...

sketching

These are a few of my roughts taken from daily life. The particulary thing that I am interested in is the movement of the figure. In this movement I see all the beauty and expression of drawing.

colour studies

these colour studies were made out of my pure memory this summer. i tried to focus on a spontaneous movement of the brush, without thinking at a particular image or place. i just wanted to see where the creation process goes without the intervention of reason, just pure sensitivity.

football

I am not a real football fan, or player but I do like the gestures and the movements of the football players. they are so dynamic and vivacious.
